Rockies Sign Matt Belisle To One-Year Extension
The Colorado Rockies sign reliever pitcher, Matt Belisle to a one-year contract extension, according to a tweet from the team’s official account.

The extension includes a mutual option for 2014, and can be worth a total of $4.3 million.
Belisle, 31, has pitched in more than 70 games in the past two years for the Rockies. Last season he had a 3.25 ERA and 58 strikeouts.
Throughout his career he has had a 4.48 ERA and 401 strikeouts. His best season was in 2009 when he had a 2.93 ERA and 91 strikeouts.
