Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jimmy Howard has suffered a broken finger, according to the team’s official Twitter account. He will miss at least the next two games.
Jimmy Howard, suffered a broken finger on his right hand during the third period of last night’s 4-3 shootout victory Vancouver.

Howard will miss the next two games of the Wings four-game road trip and will be re-evaluated when the team returns to Detroit on Tuesday.
