Report: Big East Looking To Add Memphis





The Big East is looking to add Memphis to the conference, according to a tweet from Kevin McNamara of the Providence Journal.
Hearing Big East is looking hard at adding Memphis. Talks are hot and heavy and would make a whopping 17 basketball teams.

Adding Memphis would give the Big East 17 total basketball teams. The conference has been looking to add schools since Syracuse, Pittsburgh and West Virginia left; so far, it has been reported that Navy will be joining in a football-only capacity and that Boise State, San Diego State, Houston, SMU and UCF will be joining as well.
