Report: Hakeem Nicks Likely To Play In Super Bowl

New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks should be ready for the Super Bowl XLVI game against the New England Patriots, despite a nagging shoulder injury, according to ProFootballTalk.
Nicks, who suffered the injury in the NFC title game against the San Francisco 49ers Jan. 22, has been held out of practice for a week and was listed officially as questionable for Sunday’s game. A league source has confirmed to ProFootballTalk that Nicks is expected to play this Sunday, however his range of motion maybe affected.
This season Nicks has received 76 passes for a total of 1,192 yards and has scored seven touchdowns. He has a career total of 197 receptions for 2,958 yards and 23 touch downs.
The New York Giants will compete for their fourth Super Bowl Championship on Sunday against the New England Patriots.
