Report: Dolphins filling out coaching staff

The Miami Dolphins will name Kevin Coyle defensive coordinator and Mike Sherman as offensive coordinator, according to Jason La Canfora of NFL.com.

Coyle is currently the defensive backs coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, and Sherman is the one-time head coach of the Green Bay Packers. According to the Miami Sun-Sentinel, new head coach Joe Philbin intends to hire both men, and he met with Sherman Thursday.

No deal is officially in place, but an announcement is expected Friday.
