Bengals Wide Receiver Jerome Simpson Indicted For Trafficking Marijuana

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Jerome Simpson has been indicted for trafficking marijuana, according to a tweet from Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Simpson had a career year for the Bengals in 2011. The third-year receiver hauled in 50 passes for 725 yards and four touchdowns on the season. Last year he had just 20 receptions for 277 yards.

The 25-year-old was drafted in the second round by the Bengals in 2008 after a standout career at the college of Coastal Carolina.
