Alex Ovechkin Makes Appearance, Raps In Russian Music Video

Washington Capitals star Alex Ovechkin appeared in a Russian rap video alongside rapper Sasha Belyi.

The song is entitled “Champion,” and even features a short versed rapped by Ovechkin himself at the 2:55 mark.

Once considered the NHL’s most dominant scorer, Ovechkin, 26, has tallied just 19 goals and 17 assists thus far this season. The Capitals currently stand at 25-18-2, ranking them first in the Southeast Division.
